Sometimes when you’re running a business you consider yourself too busy to consider strategy or market trends, you just need to focus! Right?
Not always. As a business consultant to a number of small businesses I’ve seen time and time again either clients, suppliers, consultants and even our own businesses struggle because of a lack of foresight. Before working with these clients I used to work in investment banking helping other larger corporates struggle with the same problems. The only difference was resources. As small and medium-sized business owners there aren’t enough hours in the day and or resources available to have a strategy team in place the way the big boys of town do!
Luckily it really doesn’t take that much. The Business Lad is designed to provide business insight to small and medium-sized business owners who often don’t have time to see beyond their current day to day operations.
